Special interests: Oral manifestations of systemic disease including immune related/autoinflammatory conditions such as Behçet’s disease, Sjogren’s syndrome, orofacial granulomatous and oral Crohn’s disease, pemphigus and pemphigoid. Oral mucosal effects generally in relation to diagnosis and monitoring of disease. Clinical research in inflammatory mucosal disease, especially Behçet’s disease. Undergraduate and postgraduate dental and medical education, specialising in teaching the medical support subjects for dentistry.
