Special interests: Uveitis including Behçet’s disease, scleritis. Clinical trials for novel treatments for uveitis. Patient reported outcome measures in uveitis. Laboratory: The eye has evolved many mechanisms to prevent significant inflammation, which can lead to visual impairment. I am investigating why in patients with uveitis, the eye cannot control the inflammation. Jazz!
